Concerning laws
The insurance industry is regulated by the Civil Code, the Insurance Act (Act LX of 2003), the Government Decree on compulsory insurance (190/2004. (VI. 8.) Korm.) and the amendment of this latter in 2007 (Govt. Decree 134/2007. (VI. 13.) Korm).
